How to Apply

We've designed our application process to be straightforward and transparent. Here's what you can expect when applying for a position at Bedrock.

Step 1: Find Your Role

Browse our open positions to find roles that match your skills and interests. Each posting includes detailed information about responsibilities, requirements, and what success looks like in the role.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Complete the online application form with your contact information, resume, and answers to role-specific screening questions. Make sure your resume highlights relevant experience and achievements.

  • Include quantifiable achievements where possible
  • Highlight relevant technical skills and certifications
  • Answer all screening questions thoughtfully and completely

Step 3: Initial Review

Our recruitment team reviews all applications within 5-7 business days. We evaluate candidates based on their experience, skills, and alignment with the role requirements.

Step 4: Phone/Video Screening

Qualified candidates are invited to a 30-minute phone or video screening with a member of our recruitment team. This is an opportunity to discuss your background, the role, and answer any initial questions.

Step 5: Technical/Skills Assessment

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a technical assessment or case study. This helps us understand how you approach problems and apply your skills in realistic scenarios.

Step 6: Team Interviews

Final candidates meet with team members, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. These interviews assess both technical fit and cultural alignment. Expect a mix of technical and behavioral questions.

Step 7: Offer and Onboarding

If selected, you'll receive a formal offer including compensation, benefits, and start date. Our onboarding team will guide you through paperwork, system setup, and your first days at Bedrock.
